I’m really exhausted I feel like I’m going to collapse, and it’s not like I’m one of those people who hates their jobs, no I love my job but it’s constant moving around.

Which is good, it’s the farthest thing from a sedentary job, and I’m basically walking around and reaching and squatting for five hours, which is why I dropped about 5 pounds in two weeks when I first started.

But still I’m so tired and lightheaded

  • Workout: Jogging for 50 minutes, 15 minutes of non-cardio = (-)275-330 calories
  • Breakfast: oatmeal with a tablespoon of honey and milk: 220-300 calories
  • Snack: 20 almonds: 100 calories
  • Lunch: Grilled Chicken Garden Salad: 260 calories
  • Dinner: Medium apple: 95 calories
  • Beverages: Water all day

Net total: 345-375 calories
